Review & Update your Microsoft MFA Settings

The following is a quick step-by-step guide on how to review and update your Microsoft MFA settings. We recommend having at least a cell phone for text/call as this is the easiest method to authenticate if your other methods are not available.

If you'd like to use Microsoft's Authenticator Application, you can manage it by going through the following steps. If you'd like to use a non-Microsoft Authenticator App, follow the instructions on your Authenticator App of choice to add your @skitaos.com Microsoft account; you can then verify that it is set up by going through the following steps. 

1. On a browser, go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info and login to your @skitaos.com Microsoft account.
2. Your current list of MFA options should be listed - take a moment to review them and delete any methods that are old or unused.
3. If you need to add a new method, press +Add sign-in method at the top-left
